The property sits within the gated Reynolds Lake Oconee community. Gate credentials are provided to registered guests only upon booking confirmation.
Shared Community Amenities
Trails, community docks, and recreation areas are shared with Reynolds residents and subject to HOA guidelines and conduct standards.
Pets Welcome · Strictly Smoke-Free
Well-behaved pets are welcome — please notify your host in advance. No smoking indoors or on the patio; violations incur additional cleaning fees as outlined in the rental agreement.
Outdoor Use & Liability
Outdoor amenities and all property equipment are used at guests' own risk. The host is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses during your stay.
HOA & Quiet Hours
Reynolds community quiet hours run 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must respect parking rules, common area conduct, and all HOA guidelines.
Force Majeure
In unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government orders, the host may cancel a booking with a full refund to the guest.
Sign Before You Arrive
All guests are required to read and sign the rental agreement before their stay begins. It covers all house rules, guest responsibilities, and property policies in full.
